It is the love of Christ that compels John and this ministry to reach out to the world with the love of God through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
John was filled with the Holy Spirit at 15 years old in July of 1976 after hearing the goodnews for the first time during an Easter Musical at Melodyand Christian Center in Anaheim, California.
When the love of God filled his heart, he was able to see mankind in a very different light and realized God's unconditional love for all men. Since then he has had a driving desire to preach, teach and share with everyone about this wonderous love of God.
God called John into full time ministry in April of 1987 and since then John has continued to share the good news through the multiplicity of ministry. In October of 2003, the Lord called John and his family to Houston, Texas, to pioneer a church (Freedom Worship Center) and reach out to a needy world. John is also Executive Director of Graceful Living Community, a fixed housing community for low income seniors. John also spear heads the evangelism outreach of the "Do You Know?" campaign.
John believes that ministry is no less than and no greater than receiving the love of God as He showers our hearts with his prescence and then giving the same to someone else.
"We will all have difficulty and struggles, many things that may try to hinder us from sharing love with one another or attempting to disqualify us from the work the Lord has called us to, but remember these words as He shared them with me, 'I never called you by your righteousness'. Let these words minister to you and may they encourage you to share the good news and His unconditional love with everyone that you meet."
