Getting Others Involved |
|||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Getting others involved will be generated from the enthusiasm you have personally gained, as you have seen the Holy Spirit move through you to introduce people to Jesus. Witnessing and sharing our faith with others is not something we should force another believer to do. Placing guilt or shame on them is definitely the wrong approach. We can plant the seeds with them about being a witness, just like planting seeds for someone to know the Lord. Share with them your personal experiences. Let them share in the excitement you have found while leading a person to Jesus Christ. The greatest way to create a hunger in someone is to let them taste the fulfillment you have personally experienced while witnessing. You can also plant seeds, just by telling them about the website of John Adair Ministries. Letting them know about all the various teaching and training that is available to them, free of charge. Many times this helps a person to gain confidence, when they can anonymously read through the training material themselves at their own pace. You can also start your own training seminar. Many friends and relatives would much rather learn from someone they personally know, than from a stranger. They often are more comfortable listening to someone they know and there is nobody better than yourself. You can obtain all of our Session Material and a leaders guide that will walk you step by step in training others to witness their faith in Jesus Christ. You will find training others to be a wonderful experience, as the Lord works through you to train up His disciples. |
